Secure Transactions

Midora does not store or have access to your complete payment card information.

Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you authorize Midora and its payment partners to process the payment for the total order amount.

Failed Transactions

In rare cases where payment is debited but the order is not confirmed:

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for automatic reversal.
  • Contact your bank if the amount is not reversed.
  • Contact Midora support if assistance is required.

Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and maintain transaction security, Midora reserves the right to cancel or hold orders that appear suspicious or fraudulent.
