Return & Refund Policy

At Midora, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our skincare products, all purchases are subject to the following policy.

Strict Non-Refundable Policy

All Midora products are sold as non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable after successful delivery.

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered to the customer.

We Do Not Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by customer
  • Personal preference
  • Skin suitability concerns
  • Allergic reactions
  • Dissatisfaction with fragrance or texture
  • Delayed deliveries by courier partners
  • Refusal of delivery after dispatch

Eligible Replacement Cases Only

A replacement may be considered only if:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product is delivered
  • Product is leaking or significantly defective upon arrival

Reporting Window

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

Evidence Required

To review a replacement request, customers must provide:

  • Order Number
  • Unboxing video (recommended)
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Images of outer packaging
  • Description of the issue

Replacement Approval

Replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approval of replacement requests remains solely at the discretion of Midora after verification.

Refunds

As all products are non-refundable, monetary refunds will generally not be issued after delivery except where required under applicable law.
